We Were Made
of Maize
100% hechos en El Singapur

Poet by local A farmer, reimagined for today’s Times.
According to tradition, they say long before city streets and food carts, humans didn’t know affordable and tasty foods, my poems (not yet monetised) are just as part of such long traditions. My Poetic Lab is made to honour nostalgia, romance and at times justice and bravado.

We craft each item with native maize, fire, and flavor.
A Mexican feel of street food to my Chinese heritage will feel cute so this is what I got :
Whether it’s a reinvented classic or a seasonal special, our food tells a story with every bite.

Esquites ahumados
Smoky, citrusy, and spiked with chile de árbol — served in the traditional cup or with a twist.

Elote clásico y experimental
Grilled on the street or dressed in seasonal toppings — always on the cob, always from native corn.

Tlacoyos artesanales
Hand-shaped with blue maize masa and filled with heirloom beans or requesón.

Tamales de temporada
Corn wrapped in memory — rotating tamale creations rooted in tradition and sourced locally.

Poem Is Culture. Corn is culture.
Swipe or scroll through the food legends and symbols and be hypnotise by them to think them like poems that are sacred in place in the scared past.
